The customer ordered a batch of power detection and testing equipment from our company, which requires on-site training and guidance on usage and operation. The main equipment for operation training includes: cable fault detection system, frequency conversion series resonance withstand voltage test device, digital megohmmeter, grounding resistance tester, DC resistance tester, high-voltage phase analyzer and other power detection and testing equipment.
After receiving the customer service request, our after-sales service department actively responded and arranged according to the relevant requirements of our after-sales service standards. We selected Mr. Wu, an after-sales technical service engineer who is currently providing after-sales services for other projects and is close to the customer's location, to go to the customer's location for on-site guidance and training services.

After Mr. Wu's careful on-site demonstration and careful guidance on the operation, the on-site operators were able to operate the equipment smoothly and completed the experimental operation, and were confident in the use of the equipment in the future.
