In late December, as 2021 was coming to an end, the after-sales department of Chiyu Electric Power received a request for after-sales service from Zhuhai Electric Power Company. Regarding the non partial discharge withstand voltage testing equipment purchased from our company, there were still some on-site testing issues that needed assistance. After receiving the customer's after-sales service requirements, our after-sales department actively responded and coordinated with after-sales service personnel to provide services for the customer.
After the coordination and arrangement of after-sales service, the previous after-sales service was still arranged. Our technical service engineer Wu, who returned to the company for rest, went to the customer's location for this after-sales service. Mr. Wu has extensive experience in various testing operations of our company's non partial discharge withstand voltage testing device. After confirming with the customer, he has a basic understanding of the customer's difficult problems and will travel to the customer's location by car on the same day.
In order to promptly resolve customer inquiries, Mr. Wu arrived at the customer's location by car that evening, contacted the customer to confirm the relevant guidance operators and details, inspected the customer's testing site, and determined the relevant testing operation details for the next day.
The next day, Mr. Wu arrived at the customer's testing site early and conducted a careful inspection of the site. For the difficult problems raised by the customer, he also conducted preliminary investigations into the causes. After waiting for the actual operators of the customer to arrive, through on-site operation and verification, the customer's difficult problem was confirmed. However, due to unfamiliarity with our company's partial discharge withstand voltage testing equipment, some of the test connection lines were abnormal, resulting in the failure of the test.
Subsequently, after Wu's explanation of the principle of the experimental equipment, on-site line connection operation, guidance on line connection, and actual customer connection operation, the experiment was successful. The detection of various test data of the equipment has met the customer's on-site testing needs. After simulation tests in different test scenarios, the customer has proficiently mastered the line connection and various operations of our company's non partial discharge withstand voltage test device. During on-site testing, Wu Gongye provided comprehensive solutions to other customer inquiries, and all testing questions were perfectly resolved.
At this point, the after-sales service has been successfully completed. Regarding the quality of our after-sales service, the customer also gave a five-star rating on the after-sales service confirmation letter and highly praised our after-sales service level. After the after-sales service in Zhuhai ended, Mr. Wu did not stop. After a brief rest, he randomly went to Shenzhen to provide after-sales service for Shenzhen customers.
